Setting it up on iPhone
- Open the Health app.
- Tap your profile picture → Medical ID.
- Edit strict and turn on "Show When Locked".
What to Include?
- Current Medications: List generic names (e.g., "Acetaminophen" not just "Tylenol").
- Allergies: "No Penicillin", "Peanut Allergy".
- Blood Type.
- Emergency Contacts: Who to call back home.
